Vanilla Bean Ice-Cream with Birds Nest & Dark Chocolate Biscuit
Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Ingredients
Vanilla Bean Ice-Cream (you can also opt for Espresso/Coffee flavours, explore them all!)
Dark chocolate biscuit or wafer roll (any type you like from the supermarket)
1 bottle of small birds' nest (I recommend one without sugar, if you can)
Method
1. Scoop 3-4 scoops of ice-cream into a transparent cup (I use Whiskey glass)
2. Scoop birds nest from bottle and drizzle all over the ice-cream.
3. Stick 1 chocolate-coated biscuit and serve.
